Sour Puss

I'm hooked on Altoids's new "Sours" line. So far I've tried Citrus Sours and Apple Sours. I originally bought them because I thought they were breath fresheners.

But, turns out, it's CANDY.

"It's candy!" I scream when I offer them to someone. "Candy! Hahahahaha!"

I need a soda.

A Question For The Ages

If I tell a bad joke in the woods and no one's around to hear it, is it still not funny?

WTF?

Having solved all other problems, the Kitsap County Courthouse has instituted fines for acronym usage.

Infected Scrape

You don't realize how often you bang your hands against things until you have a cut on your knuckle.

Stupid desk.

Hotter Than Florida

Karl Malone to announce retirement on Sun. is how the Yahoo! newsflash listed this headline, which got a chuckle outta me.

Apparently, he's retiring on Sunday, which isn't as funny.

Hang The Line, Dude

Has anybody else noticed that the Hang Loose gesture is also Mime for "I'm on the phone"?

Tablature?

I can normally play instruments pretty well in my dreams; drums, guitar, bass, piano. My subconscious teases me by making me think I know what I'm doing when I hold an instrument and bang away.

Last night, as I was reading the tab charts for AC/DC's "Back in Black", trying to re-learn it for Folklife, I came to a point where my index finger was on the first fret and my middle finger had to stretch all the way to the 19th fret.

"This song's impossible!" I cried out, frustrated.
